NSA Agent Joaquin Muñoz is trying to catch a serial killer well i dont know if you would call him a serial killer but he is looking for a specific girl that got away when she was a kid and she disappeared so he is going through the adoptions made just around the time when she was adopted and her age . As he is looking he is brutally killing the women when they are not who he is looking for. Joaquin feels like he is at a loss and nowhere to turn the government agencies won't help he has a idea and goes to his brother-in-law and his family and friends for help and i'm gonna stop there before i give a spoiler away. Joaquin is trying to save the next victim that fits the profile before the killer strikes again.Joaquin finds Bailey Benson he believes she is the one and she thinks Joaquin is crazy he kidnapped her telling her it was for her own safety but she is thinking is is crazy and he just maybe the he is the one saying this so she will trust him and he is the one actually trying to kill her and is playing some sick game with her. Bailey don't remember all the things the crazy guy that kidnapped her is telling her that Bailey isn't her real name and she was adopted she just can't remember everything that happened because she was so young. Bailey has nightmares of walking down a street with blood all over her and a nice couple stop to help her but that all a dream right? The only place everyone feels she is safest at the Club Dominion which turns out to be a BDSM private club. This story has so many twist and turns i couldn't begin to tell them all plus i wouldn't want to spoil the book for you I loved it Shayla Black is one amazingly unique writer i love her books you are always drawn in from the first page till the last and jonesing for more . Lots of times when you read a series after the first couple books it starts to get boring kinda like same ole same ole but not with the Wicked Lovers series they just seem to getting better as they go. That goes to show how amazing of a storyteller Shayla Black is i rate this book a 5 star and in my opinion is a must buy for your library. Actually the whole series is a must have in my opinion.
