My Review

Melody Grace is one amazing writer and she most definitely doesn't disappoint in this book either. This couple in the book i fell in love with right off the bat Sophie a student finishing up her masters in psychology and Austin a famous musician and let the sparks fly. I am like Sophie i dream of the perfect Christmas like you see on a postcard plus for Sophie being from L.A. you don't get snow there. Austin is just all bahh humbug about the Holidays until he meets Sophie which he meets in the hotel bar waiting on her boyfriend that is suppose to meet her and she over hears Austin calling all his women in his little black book trying to find someone to hang with for the night. Austin spots Sophie at the bar and is making his move and she actually laughs at him she tells him so i take it you couldn't find a date in your little black book and he smiles and says you heard that huh he still has a twinkle in his eye and she tells him she is waiting on her boyfriend that should have been there hours ago he tells her if i was your boyfriend i most definitely wouldn't leave you waiting and he is thinking to himself that how sexy she is and that she is blunt and nice to him just to be nice not because he is famous musician she doesn't even recognize him he is daydreaming if only she isn't taken when her phone rings and she takes the call and walks away and he is thinking thats that while Sophie is taking her call her boyfriend is breaking up with her making it feel like its all her fault she planned this perfect Christmas getaway to New York full of fun and snow the perfect backdrop of the Christmas of her dreams she is in shock as she hangs up the phone and runs to her room and cries for a bit then she gives herself a pep talk and quits wallowing in poor pitiful me syndrome and starts to think about Austin the man in the bar and thinks why not i am single whatever  she does in New York stays in New York noone will know he ex even tried to cancel the room and was gonna just leave her on the streets of a strange city. She dries her eyes hoping she hasn't missed him and heads back down to the bar. Luckily she hasn't and there still sits Austin and she says well is that offer for dinner still open he is surprised and says yeah what about your boyfriend and she said he just broke up with me so what do you think about going out to eat and have some fun Austin can't believe his luck . They spend one magical night together both can't figure out what it is about the other that attracts them to each other they just don't wanna let go.Austin sneaks out of bed and decides he is gonna give Sophie that perfect Christmas this is going to be one fun filled morning. At the hotel after the ice skating fun trip he gives Sophie the key to the penthouse suite and tells her to go on up he has something he has to do real quick and then he will be right up . She does as he ask then he sneaks over and takes one of the Hotels Christmas trees can't have a perfect Christmas without a tree can we he is knocking on his door to be let in but when the door opens its not Sophie.!!!!!!!!!! She is gone where is she?Ok i have given you just a taste of this book it is most definitely a must own book its fits in perfectly with the rest of the series and some of the other characters pop up in the book but you have to buy it and read it and see where and to find out the rest of Austin and Sophie story i can tell you that you won't be disappointed.

Emerson Ray is trouble. Juliet knows it the minute she lays eyes on Beachwood Bay's resident bad boy. Forced to spend her summer before college in the sleepy beach town, she never expected to crash into the most devastating guy she’s ever met—or for Emerson’s blue eyes to strip through her dark secrets, and make her feel a desire she’s never known. Their connection is undeniable, but Juliet is torn. She knows, once she gives him everything, there’ll be no turning back.
Juliet McKenzie is dangerous. Emerson can tell from the way she blows through all his defences, laying bare the demons he’s carried alone all his life. He’s left a trail of broken hearts and empty beds in his wake, but Juliet is different. Her innocence is intoxicating—and the passion she keeps hidden, just below the surface. He wants to be the only one to set it free, but with every kiss, he’s closer to losing control and doing the one thing he swore he never would: fall in love.
One summer. Two damaged hearts. Their story is only just beginning…
